DNF SECURITY FORTIFIES MANAGEMENT TEAM WITH ADDITION OF HAMID MARSHALL AS VICE PRESIDENT
Fast-Growing IP Surveillance Manufacturer to Leverage Technology Veteran's Proven Leadership and Experience
Hayward, CA – October 20, 2009 – DNF Security, Dynamic Network Factory’s (DNF) mission critical IP Surveillance business unit, announced today that technology veteran Hamid Marshall, a former executive, has been appointed vice president. Marshall will set the tempo for DNF Security’s expansion as the company meets growing worldwide demand for its broad range of IP surveillance solutions.
Marshall brings to DNF Security over 17 years of management experience in the physical security sector, and leading technology-based organizations. With a background that includes channel expansion, product development and systems integration, Marshall comes to DNF from Cyberwatch Security Communication, Inc. (CSCI), a provider of Managed Video Security Services (MVSS), where he was the technical director for systems integration and software development.

Prior to CSCI, Marshall served as project engineer for Netgear, Inc. from 2002 to 2006. During his tenure, he led the development of small-to-medium business (SMB) wireless routers and access points. In addition, Marshall served as software development manager for 3COM, Inc. from 1999 to 2002, where he managed a team of development engineers, and contributed to software development for enterprise security applications. Marshall holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, East Bay; Master of Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge; and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.
